Express delivery costs RUB 7,490 or AED 299.

We also offer an Economy option, where you set your own price. The higher the price, the faster travelers are likely to accept your request

The delivery price depends on the weight of your shipment.

• Shipments weighing 500 g to 1 kg are charged at 1.5× the rate.

• Shipments weighing 1 kg to 2 kg are charged at 2× the rate.

• For shipments over 2 kg, pricing is calculated individually.

You can pay for your order directly in the app using a Russian or international bank card, depending on the currency selected for your order.

If you need to change the payment currency, please contact us.

To pay for your order, open the My Orders section in the bottom menu and tap Pay next to your order.

Unfortunately, these items cannot be shipped.

You can send documents, keys, cards, and other small items that have no significant monetary value.

Transporting important documents is our specialty.

We carefully pack every shipment to protect your documents from accidental damage, bending, or exposure to liquids during transit.

We verify the identity of both senders and travelers to provide a secure and reliable delivery process.

You also can choose the Valuable Shipment option. If something happens to your documents during delivery, you will be compensated according to the declared shipment value.
